Need urgent
dental pain relief?
Do not suffer in silence. If you have an excruciating toothache, facial swelling, or dental trauma, our emergency team in Alkapuri is ready to help you right now.
What counts as a dental emergency?
If you are experiencing any of the following acute symptoms, seek immediate professional dental attention:
Severe, Throbbing Toothache
Intense or constant pain that keeps you awake at night indicates infected pulp requiring immediate endodontic relief.
Rinse with warm salt water. Take ibuprofen/paracetamol if tolerable. Never place aspirin directly against the gum.
Knocked-Out (Avulsed) Tooth
A permanent tooth knocked out by impact can often be saved if reimplanted within 60 minutes.
Touch only the crown. Gently rinse in water if dirty. Store in a cup of cold milk and rush to our clinic immediately.
Facial or Gum Swelling (Abscess)
Visible swelling in the gums, cheek, or jaw signifies an acute bacterial infection requiring emergency antibiotics and drainage.
Apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek. Call us immediately; untreated dental infections can spread.
Broken, Fractured, or Chipped Tooth
Trauma causing sharp, jagged edges, exposed nerves, or bleeding inside the tooth.
Save any broken tooth fragments in saline or milk. Cover sharp edges with sugarless gum or dental wax.
Dislodged Crown or Lost Filling
Exposes sensitive inner dentin to cold air and food, causing acute discomfort and risk of fracture.
Keep the crown safe. Clean gently with water. Avoid chewing on that side until evaluated.
